Lost or Stolen Packages

Lineroots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If the tracking says “DELIVERED” and you did not receive your package please contact the shipping carrier for more information on how you may locate your package and possibly open a case.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect input of shipping address upon checkout by the customer, a reshipment may be requested at the customer's cost.

For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
