As Lineman, we take pride in the proper steps and safety protocols that we follow.
We work in different environments & climates.
We use our gloves or our sticks sometimes even barehand.
We have different work practices from the West coast to the East coast. But at the end of the day, our main goal is to get home to our loved ones—and get our customers power back on in a safe and timely manner.

THE MORRIS FAMILY
I'm Andrew and this is my wife Heather. These are our beautiful daughters Aspen and Isla. We are a LINEROOTS family with a passion for the trades and the industry as it's ever evolving for the better. I am an IBEW Journeyman Lineman by trade out of Local 125 Portland, OR as well as a trainer in the High Voltage electrical industry. I have been in the trade going on 14 years, and I am very lucky to have a strong support system at home as I have traveled across the U.S. as well as the Caribbean chasing many storms leaving the family for months at a time to bring power to the people. Not to mention, I have a mind that never stops thinking and my wife is always there to support my dreams and ambitions as we build this HIGH VOLTAGE HUB together, bringing innovative safety, ideas, and new products to life. To all of my brothers & Sisters that risk their lives on the line, always remember to stick to your #LINEROOTS.
