RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and Exchanges
If your apparel item is defective or damaged, please email Team@linerootsnw.com within 7 days of receiving your item and include pictures of the damage. Use the subject line DAMAGED ITEM and your order number.
In the body of the email include the following.
Your order #
Description of damage

Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your return package for your request to be processed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Lineroots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If the tracking says “DELIVERED” and you did not receive your package please contact USPS for more information on how you may locate your package and possibly open a case.
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect input of shipping address upon checkout by the customer, a reshipment may be requested at the customer's cost.
For Products lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
